The work includes drafting, perfection and registration of mortgages charges, corporate and personal guarantees, debentures, chattel mortgages, and hire purchase loan facility instruments, letters of offer, letters of hypothecation, bills of lading, and letters of credit amongst others. We ensure that securities are well created and perfected to the satisfaction of our client and the standards required by law.

We also advice our clients on the banking and finance regulatory requirements and what is required of them by the regulations. Particularly, we have advised a major commercial bank on AML (anti-money laundering) programs and policies, a stock brokerage on CMA requirements and responding to SASRA investigations.
